This Add-On allows to fetch emails from own POP3 / IMAP email servers including file attachments. The attachments contained in the email can then be further processed.
Send emails
With the step EmailSendSMTP emails can also be sent via own mail servers (SMTP) (instead of via mail servers of Synesty). The new Step MultiEmailSendSMPT allows sending of multiple emails (bulk) e.g. based on a Spreadsheet.

Extract and process data from attachments: A typical scenario is e.g. that a supplier sends product data as CSV or Excel (.xls) file to a specific email address. This email inbox can be exported with the EmailReceive-Step. Thereby all information of the email (e.g. subject, text, sender, file attachment) are available. These can then be further processed in flows and prepared for import into other systems.

Integration with e-commerce platforms: The email messaging Add-On can be integrated with various e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce) to automatically send emails to customers at specific stages of their purchase journey. For example, an email can be sent to confirm a successful purchase, to provide shipping updates, or to request product reviews.

Integration with CRM systems: The email messaging Add-On can also be integrated with customer relationship management (CRM) systems to send personalized emails to customers based on their interactions with the company. For example, an email can be triggered to be sent to a customer who has not made a purchase in the past 6 months, offering them a special promotion to encourage them to make a purchase.
