E-Commerce Marketplace Connector
Success in e-business with Amazon & Co
Scale with ease thanks to automated connections to online marketplaces
For many online retailers, selling on multiple marketplaces has long been a key factor for success. A well-thought-out multichannel solution is essential to efficiently handle the increasing workload of data exchange between different systems.
Centralized control instead of external dependency
With a low- or no-code middleware, all sales channels can be efficiently bundled and centrally managed via one platform. At the same time, many e-commerce companies are looking for more independence from external service providers and the ability to customize their processes individually.
Growing platform diversity requires flexible solutions like Synesty
Thanks to Synesty’s high flexibility and simple do-it-yourself approach, systems can be connected quickly and without programming knowledge. This unique combination of freedom, efficiency, and adaptability makes Synesty the ideal solution for modern e-commerce teams who want to take control of their own workflows.
In addition to market leaders like Amazon and eBay, platforms such as Kaufland.de, check24, or Google Shopping also offer excellent opportunities to reach new target groups and sustainably increase revenue. However, with each additional platform, requirements also grow – such as different product data formats, inventory synchronization, and seamless order management, which increasingly becomes a challenge.
Typical use cases: Synesty’s versatility at a glance
Unlike rigid interface solutions, Synesty offers maximum flexibility and is ideally suited for a wide range of use cases, such as:
✅ Connect suppliers with different data feeds (supplier integration and dropshipping)
✅ Automate data exchange between systems
✅ Update prices, stock levels, and availability every hour
✅ Export orders and delivery notes
✅ Combine and consolidate multiple data sources
✅ Convert file formats
Practical example: This is how automatic customer integration with Synesty can look in practice
This typical use case shows how Synesty, as a central middleware, connects all systems, automates data flows, and reduces manual effort in multichannel sales.

Process overview for marketplace integration with Synesty
1. Transfer of product data from various sources
Data such as prices, stock levels, and product information come from the shop system or from ERP, PIM systems, or supplier feeds.
2. Automated data import by Synesty
Synesty automatically imports this data on a scheduled basis. The content is processed, transformed, and prepared – e.g., for Amazon, Kaufland, or other marketplaces.
3. Distribution to marketplaces
The prepared product data is transmitted to multiple connected marketplaces. Listings are automatically updated (including prices and availability).
4. Order received via marketplace
As soon as an order is received through a marketplace, it is also automatically retrieved via Synesty.
5. Forwarding to shop system or ERP
Synesty transfers the order data (including customer and item information) to the connected shop system or ERP (e.g., Shopware or another inventory management system).
6. Shipping and feedback to marketplaces
After successful shipping, the shop or ERP system reports the status back to Synesty. Synesty then automatically sends the shipping confirmation to the respective marketplaces.
7. Continuous synchronization of prices and inventory
Price and inventory data is regularly synchronized between suppliers, Synesty, the shop, and marketplaces – all without manual effort.
