2025 Year in Review & Outlook for 2026
Greater clarity, greater convenience, greater practicality
The past year has been all about practical improvements, greater clarity and targeted new features for us. In addition to numerous quality-of-life updates, we have expanded the range of functions. The focus was on optimising existing features and making workflows easier, faster and more pleasant for our users. Back in January 2025, Synesty was named the leader in the no-code development platform category – and now, at the beginning of 2026, we are proud to hold this title once again. Our users rate us with an average of 4.8 out of 5 stars, which is great feedback for our work and an incentive to continue developing practical solutions this year.

👉 Synesty Changelogs 2025 in the forum
Practical content, new add-ons and relevant topics from the e-commerce industry
In 2025, we expanded our content to be more practical. With real use cases, customer testimonials and concrete examples directly from the software, we were able to show how Synesty is used in practice. From system integration to fulfilment, data management, CRM and accounting to AI-supported product data maintenance.
Live presentation on stage at E-Commerce Day by Kaufland
A highlight in April 2025 was the live presentation together with our customer Ramin from the Weinwolf Group on stage at E-Commerce Day by Kaufland. Ramin provided detailed insights into the automation of their system landscape, demonstrated how Synesty enables a deep understanding of systems and API design, and shared valuable tips for similar projects. The response was tremendous, as practical examples are particularly inspiring for customers.

Relevant topics from practice
In June, we were guests at K5, where it became clear which topics continue to occupy online retailers and e-commerce companies:
AI-optimised product data:
Complete, structured data is crucial for visibility in LLM-based product searches, voice assistants and digital shopping tools.
Central database & process automation across multiple systems:
Thanks to new add-ons such as HubSpot and Zammad, customer data can now be merged more easily and workflows between CRM and online shops can be automated.
Our partnerships – strong collaborations for success in e-commerce
We are proud to welcome two new partners on board last year:
We are delighted to welcome two new partners to our community over the past year. [Codeplay GmbH](https://apps.synesty.com/partner/Codeplay-GmbH?action=show& name=codeplay) and RHIEM Intermedia GmbH bring in-depth Synesty expertise to the table and implement customised processes and interface solutions for customers that significantly simplify and optimise e-commerce workflows.
Outlook for 2026
We cannot predict what 2026 will bring, which makes close communication with our community all the more important to us. Our guiding principle is that ideas, feedback and specific requirements from our users everyday lives are continuously incorporated into the further development of Synesty.
Are you missing a feature? Then let us know here what you would like to see.
At the same time, we are investing more in knowledge transfer and enablement. This includes practical feature presentations and insights directly from our developers.
Preview of upcoming releases
In the coming weeks, we will be introducing the new VisualHTTP Step, which allows you to visually create HTTP requests and process responses as FILELIST or SPREADSHEET, depending on the structure. The VisualHTTP Step combines several existing steps into one powerful tool with advanced capabilities.
Further releases will follow, including our new template generator, which can be used to automatically generate type-safe JSON and XML structures from spreadsheets. More information will be available shortly.
As usual, you can find the January releases in our changelog.
Among the most exciting new features we would like to share with you are:
- New Billbee Steps for easier automation of your processes and orders
- Customised global search for even faster and more accurate results
- FTP Download Step 2.0 with greater flexibility and more stable data import
We look forward to many new Steps in 2026 and to continuing to stay in the flow together with our customers and partners.
